NSW Telco Authority

For the past 3 years Terry Daly has been the Program Director for the Public Safety Mobile Broadband program for the NSW Telco Authority.  Terry holds a Masters in Science and Technology from the University of NSW and a Bachelor of Economics from Sydney University. He is co-chair of the national PSMB Functional Working Group, which is aiming to gain national coordination for a PSMB capability, and also to secure an allocation of spectrum from the Commonwealth.
